Production Technician - Medical Devices (m/f/d)

As a hands-on contributor to our "Made in Germany" quality promise, you will be a vital part of our production team. We are looking for a reliable and technically skilled technician to operate our state-of-the-art packaging machines and perform critical quality control checks. This role is essential for ensuring that every instrument we ship meets our rigorous standards for safety and performance.

Your Responsibilities

• Operating and monitoring our modern ULMA thermoforming packaging machines in a cleanroom environment.
• Performing piece-by-piece visual inspections of instruments to identify any defects or deviations from our quality standards.
• Careful documentation of production and quality control processes in accordance with medical device regulations.
• Collaborating with the quality management team to continuously improve production processes.
• Ensuring adherence to all hygiene and safety protocols within the production area.
• Assisting with the setup and maintenance of production equipment.

Your Profile

• Completed technical apprenticeship (e.g., industrial mechanic, mechatronics technician) or equivalent experience.
• Experience working in a regulated production environment (medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or food industry) is highly desirable.
• A precise, diligent, and quality-conscious work ethic.
• Technical aptitude and ability to operate complex machinery.
• Team player with good communication skills in German; basic English is a plus.
• Willingness to work in a cleanroom environment.
